Santiago de Chile, 7 sep (EFE).- El poeta chileno Germán Carrasco fue galardonado hoy con la edición 2005 del premio que la Fundación Pablo Neruda otorga anualmente a poetas de hasta 40 años, informaron los directivos de la entidad.El galardón, dotado de 6.000 dólares, fue concedido a Carrasco por unanimidad, explicó a los periodistas Jorge del Río, presidente del jurado.Según Del Río, la obra de Carrasco, que vive desde hace dos años en Argentina, "forma parte de la tradición poética y da cuenta de una generación con un lenguaje propio de los años 90".Carrasco es autor, entre otras obras, de "Cala", "Clavados" e "Insidia del sol sobre las cosas".El ganador, que ha sido becario de la Fundación Neruda en años anteriores, dijo que el poeta chileno (1904-1973), ganador del Premio Nobel de Literatura en 1971, tiene una fuerte influencia en la generación de la década de 1990, y se declaró personalmente marcado por "Residencia en la Tierra" y "Extravagario".La Fundación Neruda anunció que la obra de Carrasco será incluida en una Antología con poemas de los 18 creadores que han sido premiados desde que se instituyó el galardón.
