    Me parece que la expresión "se vende" es invariable, ya que la concordancia debe darse con "se" que es impersonal e invariable. Y no con el objeto que se ha de vender. Se vende (una casa) y se vende muchas casas. Si no es así, podrían explicarme por quéC

    Las oraciones gramaticalmente correctas son: Se vende una casa. Se venden muchas casas. Estas son oraciones pasivas reflejas, cuyos sujetos una casa y muchas casas deben concordar con el verbo en singular y en plural, respectivamente. El sujeto de las oraciones pasivas reflejas corrresponde al objeto directo de las oraciones en voz activa. Así: Esa agencia vende una casa > Una casa es vendida (por esa agencia) > Se vende una casa. Igualmente: Esa agencia vende muchas casas > Muchas casas son vendidas (por esa agencia) > Se venden muchas casas.
