    ¿Qué es una expresión castellanizada?

    Es una expresión extranjera que se ha adaptado al sistema lingüístico del castellano. Por ejemplo: estándar, que proviene del inglés standard, es un término castellanizado porque se ha adaptado fonética y ortográficamente al castellano. Otros ejemplos: chantillí del francés chantilly; currículo del latín curriculum.
