    Hola: Suponemos que llama "doble raya" al guión largo, que en tipografía se llama simplemente "raya". La raya se emplea para encerrar incisos, acotaciones o explicaciones --una función parecida a la de los paréntesis-- o para marcar las intervenciones de los distintos participantes en un diálogo y los comentarios o aclaraciones del narrador. De esta segunda función encontrará abundantes ejemplos en cuentos y novelas. De la primera le hemos puesto uno en este mismo párrafo. La diéresis en español solamente se usa sobre la letra u en las combinaciones güe y güi, para indicar que la u debe pronunciarse (por ejemplo, en las palabras "vergüenza" y "lingüística"). El apóstrofo (no "apóstrofe", que es una figura retórica) tiene muy poco uso en el español actual, solo para indicar la supresión de sonidos propia de la lengua oral (por ejemplo, "pa'trás" en lugar de "para atrás").Saludos,El equipo de consultas
