    ¿Es correcto decir «sede central» o es un pleonasmo?

    Es perfectamente correcto, una institución puede tener varias sedes y una de ella ser la central. Por otra parte, un pleonasmo no es siempre un error; también puede ser un legítimo recurso retórico.
