    Quisiera saber si la palabra está bien utilizada de la siguiente manera: «¿A qué hora puedo llamarte? ‒A las 8, idealmente». Entiendo que al ser un adverbio, debe ir acompañada de un verbo, mi duda es si ese verbo puede ser tácito, como en el caso mencionado.

    Sí, es un adverbio que completa la significación de la expresión temporal. Los adverbios pueden modificar la significación de un verbo (El empleado se dirige amablemente al público), de un adjetivo (Es un postre muy dulce), de una expresión (Abierto solamente martes y jueves), de otro adverbio (más tarde), de una oración (Definitivamente, sabe bien lo que hace).
