    Su consulta es si usar o no la preposición a, en este caso, formando una contracción con el artículo determinado el. En la oración que propone, el más tenaz enamorado es el complemento directo, que en este caso corresponde introducir con la preposición a por tratarse de persona. Por tanto, disuade hasta al más tenaz enamorado.
