    La normativa vigente recomienda no colocar tilde en los pronombres demostrativos, pero en el caso presentado, como se trata de adjetivos demostrativos, ni siquiera con la normativa anterior era adecuado el uso del acento ortográfico. Note, además, que el «Asunto» no tiene relación con la pregunta porque las palabras señaladas no son flexiones del verbo estar (sin tilde por ser palabra aguda terminada en consonante distinta de n y s), sino adjetivos demostrativos.

    En la oración presentada el adjetivo es esta, que acompaña al sustantivo manzana. Se trata de un adjetivo demostrativo.

    Me gustaría saber cual es la forma correcta de aplicar el adjetivo demostrativo en la siguiente oración:-A mi me gusta este cuadro para mi casa.-A mi me gusta ese cuadro para mi casa.

    Depende de la distancia temporal o espacial que separe lo señalado del enunciador. Lo que está más próximo en el espacio o el tiempo será este; lo que está a distancia media espacial o temporal será ese y lo más lejano será aquel.
