Quería hacerles una consulta sobre los pronombre relativos, en la siguiente frase: 1. Creo que es él quien ha hecho esto. 2. Creo que es él el que ha hecho esto. 3. Creo que es él que ha hecho esto. Creo que la 1 y la 2 son correctas y no estoy segura de la 3. Aunque intuyo que son correctas las primeras dos, pero no sé por qué. ¿Podrían aclarármelo y resolverme la duda del porqué?

Respuesta: 

En efecto, las dos primeras son válidas porque quien y el que están empleados con su valor de pronombres relativos, especificando la función del antecedente él. La tercera no es adecuada porque que en función de relativo no puede emplearse sin artículo cuando el antecedente es de persona.
