¿Cuál es la palabra correcta: glicémico o glucémico? Ninguna de las dos está registrada de en el diccionario de la RAE, sin embargo, en diversas publicaciones se menciona, indistintamente, el índice glicémico o índice glucémico.

Respuesta: 

Ambas son adecuadas. En amplias zonas de América es mayoritaria la variante glicemia, más cercana al étimo francés glycémie y, por consiguiente, el adjetivo glicémico.
