Respuesta: 

Cuando se trata de un listado de palabras, generalmente no se utiliza puntuación y se pueden escribir con mayúscula o minúscula, según se convenga.Cuando son sintagmas (más de una palabra) pueden escribirse sin puntuación o separados por punto y coma. En ese caso se escriben con minúscula. Si son oraciones más largas y llevan punto, la mayúscula es obligatoria.Ejemplos:a)1. papá2. mamáb)1. papá joven2. mamá joveno1. papá joven;2. mamá joven.c)1. Papá es joven y alegre.2. Mamá es joven y seria.
