¿Es correcta la siguiente oración: "(...) el Preámbulo de las Constituciones políticas es el resumen, digámolo así, de todas sus disposiciones. .."? ¿No debería usarse "Preámbulos", en plural?

Respuesta: 

Sí, es correcta. Se está definiendo en la oración las características del Preámbulo de las Constituciones políticas: en las Constituciones hay un Preámbulo, y solo uno, cuya esencia, según esta frase «es ser el resumen de todas las disposiciones, etc.». Sería diferente si hubiese más de un preámbulo; entonces sí debería usarse el plural.No es que en plural no vaya a entenderse: «(...) los Preámbulos de las Constituciones políticas son el resumen, digámolo así, de todas sus disposiciones. ..», pero puede ser ambiguo, ya que alguien podría interpretar que las Constituciones tienen más de un Preámbulo. Le aconsejamos el singular.
