Tengo esta frase, pero hay algo que parece no ser correcto (quizás las comas): «—Señor, hemos localizado a Carmen, o, mejor dicho, ella nos ha encontrado a nosotros». ¿Está bien construida?

Respuesta: 
La frase está bien construida. Las comas se encuentran adecuadamente colocadas:
la coma después de Señor corresponde por ser este un vocativo; la comoa entre las oraciones hemos localizado a Carmen y ella nos ha encontrado a nosotros es potestativa; por tener además el enlace mejor dicho debe escribirse entre comas.
