Consulta: 

Si bien surge que para cargos, oficios, profesiones, deberán escribirse en minúsculas, como presidente, juez, etc., en el caso de la profesión de traductor, querría confirmar dos puntos:
1) La traductora pública que suscribe, Fulana de Tal, declara que... o
La Traductora Pública, Fulana de Tal, declara. ¿En este caso debe mantenerse en minúscula ?
2) Al firmar en forma oficial un documento, se nos exige firma y sello a los profesionales. En el caso del sello que usamos deberá ser:
Fulana de Tal
traductora pública
o
Fulana de Tal
Traductora Pública

Respuesta: 

1) La normativa pide minúsculas para  las profesiones: La traductora pública que suscribe...

2) Corresponde: Traductora pública, considerando que el cargo funciona como una especie de subtítulo en esa diagramación.
