¿Cómo es correcto decir, «Deja, lo reviso» o «Déjame, lo reviso»? O bien, ¿«Deja, llego a casa y marco» o «Déjame llegar a casa y te marco»?

Respuesta: 
Cualquiera de las dos formas de imperativo es gramaticalmente correcta.  
Las frases presentadas son propias del habla familiar, el uso de una u otra depende del estilo particular de cada hablante.
