Trabajo en el Registro de la Propiedad y, a la hora de practicar una anotación de embargo,
dudo si debo hacerlo a favor de «El Estado» o a favor «del Estado». En este caso, ¿el artículo forma parte del nombre propio?, ¿se puede usar la contracción?

Respuesta:
