La frase «Se asegura de que se respetan las disposiciones». ¿Es correcta?

Respuesta: 

Sí. Con el sentido de ‘cerciorarse’, asegurar se utiliza como pronominal, asegurarse, y se construye con un complemento introducido por de: asegurarse de algo / asegurarse de que algo suceda. Cuando el complemento es una oración subordinada introducida por que, se observa alternancia modal:  Nos hemos asegurado de que cada participante recibe / reciba / recibirá su material. Se supone que en su oración hay un sujeto tácito que realiza la acción de asegurarse: (El director) se asegura de que se respetan / respeten / respetarán  las disposiciones.
