¿Podrían indicarme cuáles son las expresiones correctas o incorrectas en la frase singuiente?
La temperatura media del planeta HA EXPERIMENTADO / HA SUFRIDO/ EXPERIMENTO/, SUFRIO/, un aumento del 0.85% CON RELACION A/, RESPECTO A/ FINALES DEL SIGLO XIX/, AL FINAL DEL SIGLO XIX/, A FINES DEL SIGLO XIX/, A FIN DEL SIGLO XIX.

Respuesta: 

En cuanto a la forma verbal, lo más adecuado es emplear el pretérito perfecto compuesto porque «el aumento» no es un hecho acabado ni enmarcado completamente en el pasado, ya que su efecto toca también el presente. Se puede emplear cualquiera de los dos verbos: ha experimentado / ha sufrido. Alternativamente, ha aumentado, en cuyo caso habría que suprimir la expresión «un aumento del».

Ambas locuciones, con relación a, respecto de, son válidas.

Las expresiones temporales a finales del siglo XIX, a fines del siglo XIX, a fin del siglo XIX son igualmente adecuadas.

Note que, como en el enunciado el elemento de comparación es la temperatura, debe hacerse una referencia a esta antes de la expresión temporal. Por ejemplo:
 
La temperatura media del planeta ha experimentado un aumento del 0.85% con relación a la de finales del siglo XIX.

O prescindir de la locución preposicional:

La temperatura media del planeta ha experimentado un aumento del 0.85% desde finales del siglo XIX.
