¿Por qué la R de esos nombres se pronuncia fuerte si no es doble erre? No se me ocurre otro ejemplo, pero le agradecería si me los diera usted.

Respuesta: 

Porque en posición inicial de palabra o precedida de las consonantes n, l o s  representa el sonido apicoalveolar vibrante múltiple /rr/. Ejemplos: enrejado, enredado, alrededor, israelí, etc.
