En el caso de: se + verbo + complemento, la acción del verbo es realizada por un sujeto tácito. Se hace trabajos de plomería. Se realizaron las obras según lo convenido. ¿Es correcto el uso del verbo en plural? ¿No debería decirse: Se realizó las obras según lo convenido?

Respuesta: 
Lo que usted denomina ‘complemento’ en oraciones pasivas reflejas es, en realidad, el sujeto paciente de la oración. Entonces, corresponde el verbo en plural en los dos ejemplos presentados. Esto se debe a que en oraciones pasivas reflejas, el verbo debe concordar en singular o plural, respectivametne, con el sujeto paciente singular o plural.
Se hace un excelente trabajo de plomería. Se hacen trabajos de plomería.
Se realizó la obra antes de lo previsto. Se realizaron las obras según lo convenido.
