Me llegó una carta para firmar con la siguiente redacción: «Hago constar de haber recibido la comunicación...». ¿Corresponde la preposición 'de'?

Respuesta: 
Constar de es una construcción válida cuando constar significa 'estar formado por determinadas partes o elementos'.   El examen consta de una prueba escrita y otra oral.
Hacer constar  significa 'dar fe' y se construye sin preposición. Hago constar que he recibido el pago de la deuda.
