Quiero saber cuál es la forma correcta de decir: Objetivos del Nivel Primaria o Nivel Primario.

Respuesta: 

Depende de a qué hace referencia el adjetivo.Si a la escuela, educación o enseñanza primaria, debe usar el adjetivo femenino: objetivos del nivel (de educación) primaria.Si no se refiere a la educación, sino al nivel en sí, por ejemplo al primer nivel de un proyecto que se debe realizar por niveles o etapas, pede emplearse el masculino: objetivos del nivel primario (del proyecto).
