Quisiera saber por qué las palabras baúl,ataúd, Raúl llevan acento escrito, sabiendo que son agudas y no terminan en consonante s ni n.

Respuesta: 

Llevan tilde para marcar el hiato, es decir, la pronunciación de la secuencia vocálica au en sílabas diferentes: ba-úl, a-ta-úd, Ra-úl. ´Si no se colocara la tilde en *baul y *Raul significaría que estas palabras serían monosílabas, ya que su acento de intensidad recaería en la a; *ataud sería bisílaba, su acento de intensidad recaería asimismo en la a de aud.
