Sí, cuando el verbo saber significa ‘tener sabor’, es intransitivo. Se usa normalmente referido a cosa, por tanto, en tercera persona, aunque en sentido figurado o en el ámbito literario, también referido a persona:La crema sabe a vainilla. Un ancho mar que en lugar de a sal, sabía a azúcar. Estas galletas no saben a nada. Eres tan dulce, que sabes a miel. Tus besos me saben a melaza.
