Quiero saber cuál es la manera correcta, porque me encuentro que en los trabajos con perspectiva de género lo usan de manera indistinta, sin embargo el diccionario de la Real Academia de la Lengua española dice que es iniquidad, pero no quiero cometer un error al enviar mi trabajo.

Respuesta: 

Observe que esos términos tienen significados distintos, de manera que es necesario escogerlos de acuerdo con lo que se desee expresar. Iniquidad: ‘Injusticia o crueldad’. Inequidad: ‘Falta de iguladad’.Ejemplo:El objetivo es disminuir la inequidad existente en los altos cargos empresariales, para terminar así con la notable iniquidad que se comete al excluir a mujeres bien calificadas.
