Quisiera saber en qué sílaba se carga la palabra *enfasis, qué tipo de palabra es y si se tilda o no.

Respuesta: 

El acento de intensidad recae sobre la antepenúltima sílaba, o sea, es palabra esdrújula y , por lo tanto, lleva siempre tilde: énfasis.
