La palabra Boy Scout, ¿se debe escribir en mayúscula si me refiero a la organización, y en minúscula si se utiliza con un uso más común? Por ejemplo: «Esos niños son boy scout». Asimismo, ¿se debe escribir en cursiva?

Respuesta: 

Los nombres de asociaciones, organizaciones u otro tipo de entidades se escriben con mayúscula y en redonda aunque sean denominaciones extranjeras: Organización Mundial de la Salud, Central Intelligence Agency, Boy Scout. El nombre de los sustantivos comunes que sean extranjerimos crudos, debe resaltarse con la cursiva u otro diacrítico: boy scout, surfing, kitsch.
