Quaiero saber si la coma se ubica correctamente como:MARIA, PEREZ CANOMaría, Pérez CanoMARIA PEREZ CANOPérez Cano, MaríaPEREZ CANO, MARIAPEREZ CANO MARIA¿Cuál de los siete datos es lo correcto? Por sobre todo quiero saber dónde colocar la coma.

Respuesta: 

La coma solo es apropiada cuando se invierte la posición y se colocan los apellidos primero: Péres Cano, María. Con relación al uso de las mayúsculas la única prescriptiva es que cada nombre propio comience con mayúscula, el resto es solo una cuestión de diseño.
