Quisiera saber la forma correcta de escribir: ¿precosidas o precocidas?

Respuesta: 

Depende de lo que quiera expresar. Precosidas corresponde a la acción de coser previamente algo (por ejemplo, dos pedazos de una tela), en tanto precocidas significa cocer previamente un alimento crudo (hacerlo comestible por medio de la ebullición, el vapor, el fuego...).
