Quisiera saber cuál es la abreviatura de horas y minutos y si se pluralizan, sabiendo que ya ustedes han absuelto la pregunta del símbolo de horas y minutos.

Respuesta: 

Hora y minuto no se abrevian, se usan los símbolos. Estos no llevan punto ni se pluralizan: Son las 10 h 54 m. (El punto después de m no corresponde al símbolo, sino a la oración).
