Consulta: 

revisando algunas paginas de internet pude ver que Paraguay es triptongo la pregunta es porque?si se divide Pa-ra-guay que no se supone que tiene que tener 3 vocales en la misma sílaba para ser triptongo? "Y" no es vocal entonces es por la forma en que se pronuncia? o como?
