Quiero saber cuál es el adjetivo diminutivo de la palabra pies.

Entre los sufijos que existen para formar los diminutivos constan: -ito, -illo, -ico, -uelo, -cito, -ecillo, -ecito, -ececito, -ecico, -ecillo, -cico, sus respectivos femeninos, etcétera. El plural no tiene nada que ver con la formación del diminutivo, lo que rige es la palabra primitiva; y, en el caso de la consulta presentada es pie, no pies. Entonces, los diminutivos posibles son: piecito, piececillo, piececito, piececico, etc. En España se usa siempre la forma piececito (o piececillo, piececico, etcétera), mientras que en América es normal y frecuente la forma piecito.
