Quiero saber cuál de las siguientes expresiones es correcta:de la mano de o de la mano con.

Respuesta: 

Ambas expresiones son correctas. Extremando el análisis, podríamos decir que hay un matiz semántico que las diferencia. De la mano de parece implicar una cierta dependencia. De la mano con denota paridad. Iba de la mano de su padre (su padre lo llevaba, lo conducía); Rosa iba de la mano con su amiga Laura (ambas mujeres iban tomadas de la mano); aunque, en la práctica se usan como sinónimas para significar que iban prendidos de la mano.
