Me gustaría saber si es correcto decir No sé si vaya, No sé si vayamos a la fiesta en lugar de No sé si irá, No sé si iremos a la fiesta.

Respuesta: 

El uso de subjuntivo en oraciones interrogativas indirectas con saber (No sé cuándo..., No sé quien..., No sé si...) era frecuente en la lengua antigua. Actualmente la adecuación de su uso depende de la variedad lingüística. En algunas zonas de América (México, Centroamérica, Chile y el área del Caribe) alternan el indicativo y el subjuntivo (No sé si Lusi venga; No sé si Luis viene/vendrá); mientras en otros puntos de América y en España, se emplea el presente o el futuro de indicativo.
