¿Se dice «No debemos de pensar» o «no debemos pensar»?

Respuesta: 

Debemos pensar es una perífrasis que denota obligación. Aunque antes se recomendaba usar el verbo deber + de + infinitivo para indicar suposición o posibilidad, en el español actual es más frecuente y aceptable usar deber + infinitivo también para esta denotación.
