Acabo de ver el nombre femenino en el nombre del hombre, concretamente en el caso del prestigioso pianista uruguayo de Sergio Elena Hernández. Yo no tengo ningún problema con los nombres como Claudio - Claudia, Eugenio - Eugenia, tampoco me parecería raro el nombre de Eleno, Heleno o Yeleno.

Respuesta: 

Elena es el primer apellido (paterno) del pianista uruguayo, Hernández su apellido materno.
