Respuesta: 

Si el nombre registrado incluye el vocablo sociedad, este debe ir con mayúscula inicial. Cuando escribe la referida sociedad peticionaria, no debe llevar mayúscula, aunque no es infrecuente su uso en contratos y textos similares.Note que, cuando escribe la abreviatura S. A., debe haber espacio entre ambas letras.
