Quisiera saber si se debe utilizar el artículo definido "el" delante de un día de la semana. ¿Dónde estaba usted el lunes 27 de septiembre? o ¿Dónde estaba usted lunes...?

Respuesta: 

Sí, se requiere el artículo delante de los días de la semana, salvo que encabecen la escritura de una fecha: miércoles, 29 de septiembre, o que vayan precedidos de preposición y no necesiten especificación: Salí de viernes a domingo; En martes ni te cases ni te embarques; Descansamos, como cualquier tarde de domingo; pero El curso de yoga comenzará el lunes 4 de octubre; La tarde del martes pasado la aproveché para arreglar la biblioteca.
