No tengo claro si en la siguiente oración la palabra "aquellas", no obstante su uso pronominal, deba llevar acento ortográfico, toda vez que no se estaría necesitando para evitar una confusión. "La GESTORA tendrá a su cargo las siguientes obligaciones, sin perjuicio de aquéllas que se encuentran consagradas en la ley."

Respuesta: 

De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, los pronombres demostrativos no llevan tilde.
