Quisiera saber el significado correcto. Ej.: A partir de mañana pueden venir a recoger las llaves. Me gustaría saber cuándo voy a buscar las llaves.

Respuesta: 

La locución a partir de significa 'desde', incluye el punto del que se parte. En su ejemplo, incluye mañana y los días subsiguientes.
