¿Cuál de las dos opciones, apuntaros o apuntaos es la correcta, o acaso se pueden usar las dos?

Respuesta: 

Las dos son correctas, pero en contextos distintos: - Apuntaros es una forma de infinitivo (apuntar + os): Chicos, quisiera apuntaros en algún club deportivo. - Apuntaos es el imperativo de segunda persona plural (vosotros: apunta(d) + os): Chicos, ¡apuntaos pronto, que quedan pocas plazas! En la oralidad es muy frecuente el uso del infinitivo por el imperativo (apuntaros por apuntaos) de segunda persona del plural; tal uso es gramaticalmente incorrecto y debería evitarse en la lengua esmerada.
