Sabiendo que no se debe separar con coma el sujeto del predicado, quería saber si en el caso de la oración "Pedro, dejá de mirar la tele", es correcto su uso, o no.

Respuesta: 

Pedro funciona como vocativo. Los vocativos deben separarse con coma del resto de la oración.Pedro, (vos) dejá de mirar la tele. (Vos) Dejá de mirar la tele, Pedro.(Vos) Dejá, Pedro, de mirar la tele.
