Tengo una duda en presentar este vocablo en doble sentido (no es un apodo): La «filósofa», tambien vendrá a la fiesta.¿Cúal es la forma correcta: entrecomillarla o escribirla en cursiva?Aprecio mucho su apoyo.

Respuesta: 

Las dos formas son adecuadas. Actualmente, en los textos impresos se prefiere la cursiva.
