Mi duda radica en el uso de la "a" entre ambos verbos: ¿«No va a alcanzar» o «No va alcanzar»?

Respuesta: 

Dado que la perífrasis verbal sigue la estructura «ir a + verbo en infinitivo», la forma correcta es: No va a alcanzar .
