¿Cuál es el uso adecuado de las comillas?

Respuesta: 

Se usan para enmarcar citas textuales; enmmarcar los pensamientos de los personajes en obras literarias de carácter narrativo; indicar que una palabra es impropia, vulgar, se usa con sentido especial, por ejemplo, irónico; para citar el título de un artículo, de un poema, de un capítulo, es decir, de cualquier parte dependiente dentro de una publicación.
