¿Es correcto decir: "reformas de los sistemas fiscal y de seguridad social"? No quiero repetir la palabra fiscal en cada caso, pero decir "sistema fiscal y de seguridad social" me suena a que es un mismo sistema el que se ocupa de ambas cosas.

Respuesta: 

Es correcto usar el plural de la palabra para englobar con ella a ambos sistemas: los sistemas fiscal y de seguridad social.
