Respuesta: 

En la frase de su consulta hay un error ortográfico, puesto que el verbo al que se hace referencia no es haber (que no da ningún sentido a la frase), sino la expresión a ver, parte de la perífrasis «mirar a + verbo en infinitivo»: ¡Miren a ver si mejoran el test!, expresado en otras palabras Traten de / intenten / procuren / hagan el esfuerzo de / aspiren a mejorar el test.
