En una invitación de boda ponen: "... y posteriormente a la cena que se tendrá lugar...", ¿el "se" sobra en la frase o no?

Respuesta: 

El 'se' no corresponde con la locución «tener lugar», debe decir: «...y posteriormente a la cena que tendrá lugar...».
