De ambas formas. En principio, la normativa prescribe el uso del imperfecto de subjuntivo en la oración subordinada si la principal está en condicional simple: Me encantaría que vinieras o vinieses a casa. Sin embargo, cuando el verbo de la principal es usado de manera hipotética para expresar cortesía (encantaría, querría, gustaría, alegraría...), se da que el hablante percibe las acciones expresadas por la subordinada como presentes o futuras (vengas), porque aún no se han realizado, y, por ende, no escoge formas de pretérito (viniera o viniese).
