Desearía saber si la expresión «volverte a ver» es incorrecta o sólamente un vulgarismo teniendo en cuenta que lo correcto sería «volver a verte» y ampliar información sobre la correcta utilización de los clíticos en estos casos. Gracias.

Respuesta: 

Hay flexibilidad en la colocación de los pronombres átonos o clíticos dentro de las perífrasis verbales. Si el verbo auxiliar («volver» en este caso) está en infinitivo, en rigor, el clítico va pospuesto al verbo principal («ver» en este caso): «volver a verte», «volver a vernos», etc. Sin embargo, la posposición del pronombre átono al verbo auxiliar es de uso muy extendido, sobre todo en el habla coloquial, y no está censurada por las academias de la lengua: «volverte a ver», «volvernos a ver», etcétera. Si el verbo auxiliar está conjugado, el pronombre átono puede posponerse al verbo principal o anteponerse al verbo auxiliar: «vuelvo a verte» o «te vuelvo a ver»; «volveremos a vernos» o «nos volveremos a ver»; «volví a verla» o «la volví a ver», etcétera.
